ABOUT US The 23rd Street Recovery Residence is a NARR/Trohn Level III Certified home. Located in the historical Houston Heights neighborhood, HOEM offers a structured 12 Step inspired peer community for men who are determined to maintain abstinence and develop a recovery oriented lifestyle. HOEM bridges the delicate gap between inpatient treatment and independent living. A typical weekday schedule for a residence consists of morning meditation, individual daily activities like working, volunteering and a 12 Step meeting, a resident prepared dinner and wrap-up. Our on-site staff offers Recovery Coaching to support residents as they work toward attaining realistic and meaningful recovery goals.
