Alta Loma is a specialized men's program dedicated to long-term treatment for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and co-occurring substance misuse, offering tailored support and comprehensive care. With 4 beautiful facilities each catering to the specific needs of men, Alta Loma at The Cottage combines outpatient programming at Alta Loma with supportive living at Casa Sana. Here, men participate in a structured environment where they can find emotional and psychological stability. With customized mental health plans, Alta Loma aims to be with their patients every step of the way.Continuum of CareAt Alta Loma, individuals are guided through a customized mental health plan that can include recovery from co-occurring addiction.The program begins with partial hospitalization programming (PHP) and supportive housing at The Ranch, followed by extended care at The Villa, and culminating in outpatient programming (OP) at The Cottage. This continuum of care aims to help men achieve more independence as they progress through the recovery steps, supported by a team of case managers, behavior analysts, nurses, therapists, and mentors.What’s Treatment LikeTreatment includes weekly individual therapy, process groups like NAMI connection and 12-Steps, as well as life skills groups for job skills development and more.
