Arctic Recovery

Located near Anchorage, Alaska, the center is a residential treatment center for girls facing serious mental health challenges. It treats conditions like mood disorders, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder, and more. The program offers both short-term and long-term care in a structured, healing environment focused on personal growth and recovery.Guided Support for Emotional GrowthThe program uses proven therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EDMR), and biofeedback. Staff members work closely with each girl to build coping skills, improve emotional control, and support recovery.
