Axiom operates transitional housing across Southern California for people with substance use or mental health concerns who are committed to recovery. Homes are clean, comfortable, and recovery-focused, with encouragement to join life-skills and employment programs. MAT is allowed; with some medications considered on a case-by-case basis, and methadone requires concurrent clinical care. Many residents are referred from partner Creo Spero Recovery, though enrollment isn’t required.
