The intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization program (PHP), and inpatient programs involve group, individual, and family therapy, as well as holistic activities like relaxation and mindfulness, yoga, art, and music.Adult Substance Use ProgramThe substance use program at Brentwood Springs consists of individual and group therapy, family meetings, support groups, and educational programs. They also offer art, music, and animal therapy to encourage self-expression and recovery. After completing treatment, Brentwood Springs offers Alumni Support Groups to help with continued recovery momentum.
