CADAS (Council for Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services)
Quick Facts
About This Facility
With over 60 years of experience in addiction treatment, CADAS provides help whether someone is battling alcohol or drug dependence, co-occurring mental-health challenges, or caught in the cycle of relapse. CADAS offers treatment that covers all the bases: medically managed detox, 28-day residential programs, intensive outpatient and standard outpatient care, transitional living, and aftercare too.Break Free from Stigma and Step into HealingAt CADAS, there’s no reason someone can’t get treatment; whether they’re uninsured, hesitant, or fearful of starting over. For over 60 years, they have worked to remove stigma so clients can focus on recovery. Their approach addresses physical cravings, emotional wounds, spiritual emptiness, and mental health challenges all at once. With therapies rooted in the 12-step model, evidence-based practices, and medication-assisted treatment, CADAS meets each person where they are.Discover How a Good Sober Day Can FeelCADAS’s campus gives clients a place to enjoy pieces of life again. Situated right next to a community rec center, clients have easy access to yoga, fitness classes, and fun activities that help them have a “good day” without substances. The environment is designed to help people build healthy routines and friendships—whether they’re walking the grounds with peers, relaxing between groups, or joining community-based activities.Get Support around Housing, Work, and Life StressorsThe CADAS team checks in at 30 days, 60 days, and again at six months post-treatment, offering support. They help clients with things like housing, work, triggers, or even unexpected interactions with law enforcement, so clients never feel like they’re doing life alone. And because 80% of CADAS employees are in recovery themselves, every follow-up comes from someone who gets it.
