Champlain Valley Family Center

The Champlain Valley Family Center in Plattsburgh New York is an outpatient treatment center that helps teens and men with anxiety, depression along with substance use disorders. Teens receive customized care that includes behavioral treatment, substance use prevention, and psychoeducation. A separate recovery-focused day treatment program for men is designed to address individual recovery needs.A Recovery Network For Teen Treatment and ReferralsThis center provides an intensive family support program for the youth and families at-risk of substance use. Another service offered is the Justice Support Program in partnership with the Clinton County Jail that provides substance use disorder assessment and treatment referrals.
