Community Medical Services (CMS) Minot is just north of the Minot International Airport. CMS specializes in treating individuals with opioid use disorder and offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) along with counseling and support services. They provide both individual and group counseling services using evidence-based practices. Individuals can also be connected with peer-to-peer support through this clinic to help in their recovery journey. They are open Monday-Friday 6:00am-1:00pm and Saturday 7am-9am.
