Compass Intervention Center Memphis is a residential and outpatient program treating children and adolescents (ages 10-17) with mental health and substance use disorders. In addition to their residential program, Compass Intervention center has 2 outpatient programs, both of which are available through telehealth: a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).Education ServicesCompass Intervention provides onsite education services through their Compass Academy program. Compass Academy is a licensed therapeutic school with certified special education teachers who can accommodate individualized education plans (IEP). Class sizes are small, with 13 students or less. They offer a variety of academic courses as well as standardized test preparation courses.
