On-site parking is available.Treatment MethodsTreatment begins with a clinical assessment to guide the appropriate approach. Crossroads Petersburg OBOT offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Sublocade (injection) and Buprenorphine (prescription). Clients also participate in counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), care coordination, and peer support, available in person or virtually.
