The team emphasizes values such as rigorous honesty, compassion, and integrity, all while helping clients rediscover the joy of sobriety and develop meaningful, long-term coping strategies.Evidence-Based TherapyClients engage in both individual and group counseling, using acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
