Founded in 1973, Ebony House, Inc. is a nonprofit behavioral health provider in Phoenix offering a 14-bed Level II residential program for men 18 and older. The program delivers 24/7 care using individualized, evidence-based treatment—including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention—for substance use and co-occurring disorders. Services include individual and group counseling, family support, and relapse prevention. Additional offerings include transitional housing, youth behavioral health programs, HIV/AIDS education, and targeted services for individuals with co-occurring disorders, judicial involvement, or from LGBTQ+ communities.
