Integrated support is available for individuals in recovery, as well as loved ones who need practical, ongoing guidance and education.Evidence-Based Education for FamiliesFirst Call delivers accessible, personalized, and compassionate care. The Recovery Advocacy Program offers free, one-on-one support, connecting clients to community resources. The center provides practical skills trainings to families and communities, covering topics such as Mental Health First Aid, Overdose Education and Naloxone Administration, How to Care, Trauma Informed Care, and suicide prevention.Accessible Programs for Substance Use ConcernsFamilies strengthen relationships through the nationally recognized “How to Cope” 7-session course. The “Caring for Kids” offers similar 7-session support for K-12 impacted by a loved one’s substance misuse. The Reentry Advocacy Program provides one-on-one clinical support for those transitioning from incarceration. For immediate safety, an onsite purple kiosk offers free naloxone and test strips, accessible 24/7.
