Footprints to Recovery Colorado provides flexible outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP). They treat men and women who struggle with alcohol and drug addictions as well as dual diagnosis. Clients who are in need of detoxification are referred to a partnering facility. Though all the treatment tracks use the same care methods, outpatient is the most flexible, meeting only once or twice a week for 3 hours. IOP meets for 3 hours a day, 3 to 5 days a week, while PHP meets 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. Footprints to Recovery Colorado's treatment plans include both individual and group therapy with evidence-based treatment practices that include motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and 12-Step facilitation.
