This center offers a wide range of mental health services, including therapy and psychiatry, to help children, adolescents, and adults. It treats a variety of conditions such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, and co-occurring disorders, which are co-existing mental health and substance use conditions. The center is also the only behavioral health and rape crisis center in its area.Our Approach and How It HelpsThe team uses an integrated and comprehensive approach, combining different therapies to best support each person. It provides evidence-based treatments such as neurofeedback, which helps to train the brain, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients process difficult emotions, thoughts, and memories.Unique Features and ProgramsServices are made accessible by offering telehealth options and an open access program that allows new clients to have a same-day mental health assessment. A trauma-certified team provides high-quality care to all, regardless of their ability to pay. There is also a Latino outreach program with an embedded interpretation team to serve Spanish-speaking community members.
