Foundations San Francisco offers intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) and day treatment for addiction and mental health. Their day program runs from 12-3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Their virtual evening program runs from 5-8:00pm, Monday through Thursday. Clients attend treatment at a time slot of their choosing. Foundations San Francisco tests weekly for drugs and alcohol, helping clients maintain sobriety throughout their IOP experience. They also provide day treatment, or a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for a more intensive experience. Foundations San Francisco hosts monthly events for all alumni and welcomes clients back into treatment at any time. They also work with outside providers to help clients retain a level of treatment after they leave the program.
