Granada House, a not-for-profit incorporated in 1982, provides residential recovery services for adults across the Greater Boston area. Serving Massachusetts residents 18 and older with a substance use disorder, the program provides structured care through residential treatment and transitional housing. Eligible individuals must be substance-free for at least five days, mentally and physically stable, and pose no risk to themselves or others. The mission is to guide each person toward long-term recovery through mental, physical, and spiritual growth in an inclusive, supportive environment.Building Connection and StrengthResidents engage in weekly individual counseling, parenting classes, and both men's and women's groups that foster accountability, healing, and peer connection. Radiance Spirituality offers a reflective space to explore identity, purpose, and belonging. With evidence-based therapy and community-driven support, Granada House helps residents rebuild self-worth, deepen awareness, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
