Located in a quiet residential area of Washington, GRC’s halfway house for women offers a structured, supportive environment for adult women transitioning out of inpatient treatment. This program is designed to help women strengthen their recovery foundation while reintegrating into daily life. Residents focus on building independence through work, school, or volunteering, while continuing to receive counseling and recovery support.Guide Women Through Lasting ChangeThe program includes individual and group therapy, relapse prevention planning, and ongoing access to medication-assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorders when needed. Women engage in trauma-informed care and recovery-focused services that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health challenges. Clinicians help each resident develop the skills needed to manage stress, relationships, and responsibilities in a sober lifestyle.Keep Support Close at HandWomen live in a safe, gender-specific setting that emphasizes accountability, peer support, and personal growth. Staff assist with job readiness, housing resources, and connections to outpatient care. Residents are encouraged to participate in recovery groups and community activities that reinforce long-term stability.
