Conditions treated include anxiety, depression, dementia, memory loss, cognitive impairment, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, caregiver stress, and more.Neurobehavior HOME ProgramThe Neurobehavior HOME Program offers case management, psychiatric evaluations, counseling, medication management, crisis intervention, nutritional counseling, and primary care for individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities, such as autism. Eligibility for the program requires Utah Medicaid coverage.
