Integrity's medically supervised detox lasts 3 to 7 days.In the residential program, clients spend each day in individual counseling, group therapy sessions, and wellness practices. The residential program usually lasts 28 to 90 days.Their IOP meets 2 to 3 hours a session, 3 to 5 times a week.
