Formerly known as Milestone Foundation, this nonprofit center in Maine supports adults experiencing substance use, mental health challenges, and homelessness. It offers long-term residential treatment, transitional housing, emergency shelter, and mobile outreach. Nutritious meals, clean clothes, and showers are included. Transitional housing options include a step-down home with more freedom and sober apartments that support clients as they begin work, school, or outpatient care. The mobile HOME Team offers rides, crisis support, and connections to care throughout Portland and South Portland.
