Moonlight Mountain Recovery is a quiet center for men and women who are struggling with alcohol and drug addictions as well as dual diagnosis. Clients are encouraged to stay for 90 days; however, the minimum stay is 30 days. Moonlight Mountain Recovery caps their group therapy at 8 clients with a 3 to 1 client to staff ratio. Moonlight Mountain Recovery offers on-site AA meetings, equine therapy, yoga, and meditation. Clients can expect therapy treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), couples therapy, SMART recovery, biofeedback, 12-Step program, and motivational enhancement therapy (MET). Moonlight Mountain Recovery offers a drug and alcohol detox and has a 24 hour crisis hotline with an admissions specialist that can get help.
