Located near Elizabethtown Borough Community Park, this outpatient clinic sits inside the Elizabethtown Community Housing & Outreach Services (ECHOS) building, where community programs work together to strengthen recovery and stability. Naaman Center supports adults and adolescents living with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions through flexible outpatient care that includes group and individual counseling, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).Faith-Guided, Evidence-Based CareNaaman Center integrates Christian values with evidence-based therapies to promote healing in body, mind, and spirit. Clinicians design individualized care plans using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relapse prevention, family education, and stress management. Group sessions explore communication, prayer, and meditation, helping clients strengthen coping skills, rebuild trust, and develop inner stability.Extending Healing in the CommunityAs part of the Naaman Network and in collaboration with Pennsylvania Adult & Teen Challenge, Naaman Center offers coordinated care that connects clients to continuous recovery support. Through its partnership with ECHOS, clients access housing, outreach, and family services that reinforce progress beyond treatment. Adolescents ages 14–17 receive counseling that addresses substance use risks and emotional well-being, fostering growth, stability, and lasting hope within a faith-centered community.
