About This Facility

Located at the corner of Jamaica Avenue and Guy Brewer Boulevard in Queens, New York, the center offers outpatient services for adults 18 and older. Clients attend individual and group therapy 1-3 times per week, depending on progress. Most stay in the program for 6-9 months. Treatment focuses on substance use recovery through behavioral therapy and skill-building.Therapies and ServicesTherapists lead sessions on conflict resolution, nicotine awareness, social skills, and wellness. Clients may be referred for off-site psychiatric and medical care, and receive support with education and job-readiness programs. Vivitrol is available off-site as part of medication-assisted treatment (MAT). The outpatient program includes many of the same therapeutic services as the residential program.
