The daily programme begins with meditation followed by group sessions. Afternoons alternate topic-based workshops, community meetings, sound therapy and yoga, with time to take a walk or talk on the phone before dinner. Evenings vary among fellowship meetings, TV and entertainment, and time to work on assignments.Whenever possible, the chef is able to accommodate dietary needs.
