About This Facility
One Day At A Time is a residential drug and alcohol treatment program in Kennington, London. Their abstinence-based program takes a holistic and 12-Step approach to recovery. They offer a 2 stage program, with both stages lasting 3 months each. While in the program, clients receive individual, group, and family counselling as well as relapse prevention counseling, life skills training, yoga, anger management, and the opportunity to participate in recreational activities. Graduates of the program receive unlimited and ongoing group aftercare.
