As a CADC II, Reiki Practitioner, and Energy Healer, I integrate evidence-based clinical practices with holistic mind-body-spirit approaches. Through a unique blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic work, sound therapy, Reiki, and Human Design-informed treatment planning, I guide individuals in healing from trauma, addressing substance use, and building resilience for lasting recovery.
