Patriot PowerUp runs a 45-day residential program near Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, for veterans coping with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and traumatic brain injury. Then, Rewire strengthens positive neural pathways through cognitive exercises, psychotherapy and real-time neurofeedback.
