They provide outpatient and residential care. Volunteers assist the treatment team in making treatment accessible to all, including older adults and clients with autism. They take clients voluntarily and facilitate court-ordered treatment.Their residential program is available 24/7, and their outpatient services are available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Evidence-Based Talk and Medical TherapiesWith levels of care ranging from routine visits to more intensive outpatient (IOP) support, Polara emphasizes whole-person care by blending evidence-based talk therapy and medical treatments in one accessible setting.The clinic uses proven approaches including individual and group counseling, peer support, psychiatric care, and case management. For addictions, they can administer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with Suboxone to reduce cravings and help clients engage with the therapy. For treatment-resistant conditions, they can also do deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). These therapies empower clients to manage symptoms, build coping skills, and improve overall quality of life.Helping Clients Thrive in the WorkplaceTo help clients get back on their feet, Polara Health's “Thrive” peer-led daytime program and vocational services promote re-entry into the workforce. This program trains clients on professional communication, interviewing skills, time management, resume and cover letter writing, and computer skills.
