The Rainbow Project helps children and families who have gone through trauma, abuse, violence, or loss. They offer early intervention, therapy, crisis response, and in-home support. Their services are focused on young children, especially those under age 11. The center is known for its caring, play-based methods that promote healing and growth.Therapies That Build Strength and ConnectionTheir team uses trauma-informed therapy, including play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family counseling. These therapies help children express feelings, build coping skills, and strengthen relationships with their caregivers. By working closely with families, therapists help create safe, stable environments where children can recover emotionally and thrive.Guiding Families With Specialized SupportThey offer specialized programs like De Mujer a Mujer, a support group for Spanish-speaking women dealing with trauma and stress, and Coaches' Corner, which helps adults build parenting and emotional support skills. Other programs include Rapid Response for crisis support and FACE Kids to help children manage anxiety, grief, and behavior. Services are offered in both English and Spanish, with a focus on cultural understanding and respect for each family’s background.
