The center supports those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and serious mental illness. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), it provides care regardless of insurance, income, or ability to pay, offering hope and access to all.Heal Through Person-Centered TherapyThe center uses person-centered, trauma-informed care supported by evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing, and medication management. Clients also receive peer support, psychiatry, and case management. A diverse team of licensed therapists, nurse practitioners, and peer specialists guide each individual in setting goals, learning new skills, and staying connected to care through individual, group, and community-based support.Extend Support Beyond Four WallsClients can access housing support, targeted case management, mobile crisis teams, and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS). The attached 27-unit housing complex provides stability for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. The center also offers LGBTQIA+ groups, specialized services for youth and veterans, and a sliding fee scale for those with financial need. From therapy to basic needs, RMHC helps people rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
