Located on the 2nd floor of the Anthracite Building in downtown Carbondale—just steps from the Salem Avenue bridge—The Retreat at White Birch offers outpatient drug and alcohol treatment for adults and adolescents. Licensed by Pennsylvania's Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, it provides day treatment (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP), helping individuals stay on track with recovery while managing daily life.Reflect with People Who UnderstandThe center uses evidence-based care to support long-term healing.
