Their facilities are internationally recognized as one of the most comprehensive OCD treatment programs available, offering advanced and effective methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), individual and family therapy, and medication management. Various experiential therapies like art, horticultural, music, recreation and movement, yoga, and pet therapy are used in their facilities to promote a sense of overall healing and well-being. In addition to their programs for OCD and anxiety, Rogers in Atlanta also has a specialized track addressing depression and other mood disorders in adolescents and adults. Their treatment approach is heavily based in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), teaching patients to use behavioral activation (BA) to manage their symptoms and to better understand patterns and identify behaviors that can help with improving their mood.
