Sanare Today Havertown

Located by the Llanerch Country Club, Sanare Today Havertown treats adults in the Delaware County suburbs with intensive outpatient (IOP) care for mental health disorders like ADHD, anxiety, bipolar, codependency, depression, grief, OCD, PTSD, suicidality, self-harm, and trauma, as well as substance use addictions like alcohol and benzodiazepines. They mees on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. with the goals of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Their groups include up to 8 people and use coping, skills training, and support.
