Sanare Today offers virtual intensive outpatient (IOP) mental health treatment to clients in Pennsylvania. Clients can choose their therapist, who runs a specific treatment track at given times throughout the week. They offer tracks for all Pennsylvanians, as well as specialized tracks for young adults, adolescents, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-based care, trauma-informed care, women's trauma-informed care, and LGBTQ+ trauma-focused care.Additional LocationsSanare Today has several in-person locations to treat mental health and substance use issues throughout the Philly, Wilmington, Lancaster, and Raleigh areas. Some of their locations include adolescent, young adult-focused, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy tracks.
