Sanford House at Cherry Street is a residential treatment facility for women that treats drug and alcohol addictions and the co-occurring mental health disorders. They offer a residential program, an outpatient program (OP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and Day Treatments (PHP). Treatments include group therapy, individual therapy, medical services, and medication management. Cherry Street can accommodate 10 residents at a time in a semi private room and private bath. They offer programs like healthy nutrition, exercise routines, spiritual growth, creative expression, and re-engagement excursions. At Cherry Street, they have fireplaces in almost every common area, a library, sitting room, an elegant dining room, and a full size kitchen. Inside the house is a manager's office, therapist office, and the clinical directors office, so this way, there is no need to leave the estate. Located in Cherry Street estate is a carriage house used for group therapy sessions.
