SERV Clifton Community Behavioral Health Center helps teens and adults in Passaic County, New Jersey with mental and physical health challenges. Their dedicated team works one-on-one to empower individuals, helping them heal and build strength to improve their quality of life.Supporting Recovery with Experienced PeersThe center provides comprehensive services like individual and group therapy, psychiatry for individuals ages 16 and older, and a day program for adults with severe mental health diagnoses. Their medical withdrawal management and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) are also available. Their peer support workers, who have their own recovery experience, provide guidance and case management services.Building a Supportive Teen EnvironmentThe center also offers intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient groups for substance use, addressing co-occurring mental health needs and social development. Their special outpatient program for adolescents offers group, individual, and family therapy.
