The center supports youth ages 6-21 in Northeast Florida who face mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges, often due to trauma or abuse. They offer family-style residential group homes for boys, outpatient programs, and four community-based services. Programs help youth heal, build independence, and stay connected to their community.Heard, Guided, and EmpoweredThe facility uses trauma-informed care based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and a team-based support approach that involves the youth, family, and community. Youth receive individual, group, and family therapy, psychiatric support, and skills training. The campus features activity spaces that encourage play, growth, and social connection.
