Stepworks uses evidence-based approaches combined with the 12-Step program. During a client's stay, they can participate in different therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and group and individual therapy sessions.Stepworks Elizabethtown also offers opportunities for family to participate in their loved one's treatment. Clients are also responsible for completing daily chores such as keeping their bedside areas tidy and rotating in group meal prep. Clients can gain practical life skills through these responsibilities.The facility provides a modern and comfortable space for clients to focus on creating a foundation for lifelong recovery.
