In addition to individual care, Summit has a12-Step program to offer support and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) that can address the root cause of the addiction.A Typical DayA typical day includes daily activities with a sponsor or mentor, a meeting schedule, journaling, 12-Step programs, motivational enhancement, exercise, and accountability assessments.Treatment for TeensSummit also provides a variety of treatment programs for families and teenagers. Their teen treatment programs provide many levels of care, such as prolonged evaluation, early intervention, substance addiction treatment, and intensive outpatient programs.A Family ProgramFor those who have a loved one battling addiction, their family programs offer counseling and education.
