Clients also engage in mindfulness sessions, nutrition counseling, and expressive arts to promote mental clarity and emotional healing. For eligible participants, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) combines medical support with behavioral interventions for a more stabilized recovery.Support Beyond the ProgramAftercare planning begins early, ensuring long-term success. Clients gain continued access to counseling, community recovery groups, and educational resources such as employment counseling or life skills training. Additional supports like telehealth check-ins and naloxone distribution further protect progress and reduce overdose risk, empowering individuals to stay grounded in sobriety while rebuilding their lives.
