Therapists use multiple treatment modalities, including mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Sweetgrass also offers primary care as part of a holistic approach.Sweetgrass Psychiatry typically offers esketamine, or Spravato, for adults with treatment-resistant depression, with psychotherapy following esketamine treatment. Clients are monitored for 2 hours following administration of esketamine.
