The Fullbrook Center is a facility for women, providing healing and sanctuary from substance use, mental health disorders, and trauma. Fullbrook offers detox, a residential program, day treatment (partial hospitalization program), and an intensive outpatient program. They use somatic experiencing, which is a body-centered therapy used to address the physical manifestations of trauma, along with eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help women reprocess distressing memories.Maintain Long-term Sobriety and HealingFullbrook provides each patient a recommended clinical aftercare plan tailored to their needs. Typically, each aftercare plan involves a 90-day commitment to therapy sessions. Aftercare referrals can also include psychiatric services, transitional living, outpatient clinical programs, and supportive services. Women are encouraged to come back to The Fullbrook Center to mentor and assist other patients in their recovery.
