Their general outpatient includes 3 hours of weekly aftercare support.Comprehensive, Evidence-Based CareThe Summit Wellness Group centers their treatment on evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), life skills, brain mapping, and more. Clients receive 1-2 hours of 1:1 therapy with their primary therapist each week. The Summit Wellness Group also provides family therapy and a bi-weekly family support group for loved ones.
