Located in Tarpon Springs, this 84-bed residential reentry center is part of The Transition House’s recovery network, serving adult men exiting incarceration, homelessness, or substance use. The program blends substance use treatment, mental health care, and housing with reentry planning and community-based employment. Residents also receive support with court-ordered obligations, child and family payments, and are guided toward self-sufficiency through life skills training and access to local resources.Build Your Way to StabilityParticipants follow a daily routine with proven support services like counseling, trauma therapy, medication help, and coaching. The program also offers job training, basic education to finish high school, and technical skills. Peer mentoring and recovery groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) offer a structured space for sharing experiences, building accountability, and practicing sobriety. These groups help residents stay grounded, connected, and committed to their recovery path.Find Comfort in Full-Time CareThe program provides full-service residential care with 24/7 support, nutritious meals, and case management. Residents receive help with financial literacy, permanent housing planning, and reintegration goals. Veterans may access additional support through the VA’s Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, which offers housing and employment resources. Aftercare services through Inspire Counseling ensure residents maintain progress, stability, and access to continued recovery support after completing the program.
