The True Life Center’s mental health intensive outpatient program (IOP) and Day Treatment (PHP) specialize in treating both panic attacks and anxiety attacks with a unique neurobiological integration (NBI) program. The NBI program is used to discover the root cause of illness providing a personalized approach using a variety of therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement therapy (EMDR), acupuncture, mindfulness practices, yoga therapy, and body healing with Qi Gong. The substance abuse outpatient programs also balance holistic techniques and clinical modalities to provide effective treatment plans to help clients thrive. Their customized neurobiological integration program (NBI) is personalized, enhancing the cognitive and behavioral response and regulating the nervous system to restore balance to brain chemistry. True Life also offers self-care practices that heal the whole mind, body, and spirit. These practices include a yoga therapy program, an acupuncture program, fitness and bodywork session, and nutrition counseling.A Soothing EnvironmentTrue Life Center strives to create a sanctuary-like space that provides a soothing environment promoting healing.
