Psychiatrists work with clients to determine appropriate medications and dosages.Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)Alongside therapy and medication management, West Grove Clinic provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Suboxone for clients struggling with alcohol and opioid use.Intensive Outpatient ProgramWest Grove Clinic’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) for substance use includes individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, coping skills, and medication management. The program meets in person from 9:30 AM to 12:35 PM or virtually from 5:00 PM to 8:05 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
